I'm sooo sick of this place!!! From: boricuamama77084 Date posted: 7/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   OK, first, I read these reviews and thought they were an exaggeration. They're not! I signed my lease in August '07 along with my neighbor directly next door. Within the first week, his apartment was robbed. He had only put his clothes in there, nothing else. When he returned to his apartment with the rest of his stuff, the window had already been replaced with the shattered glass still in the apartment. Strange huh' In January '08, my car got broken into because the light on the building was out. So when I heard my alarm, I couldn't see anything. So since January, the "security" light on the building has been making it a total of six months. And guess what' MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO TWO MORE TIMES!! I have accrued more than $5,000.00 in damage and repairs that the complex "is not liable for" (yet they reimbursed another residents break-in expenses with threats of a lawsuit). This place is vile, and they don't care about their residents AT ALL! A manager by the name of Taylor only offered to move me to another unit with only two months left on my lease. They say they have crime awareness meeting but don't announce the dates until THE DAY OF, making sure that no one will show up on such short notice so they can say "well we provide crime awareness but no one shows up!". You here gun shots everywhere, and when the police are called, they just laugh at you for living here. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!!!
