IT IS INFESTED WITH ANTS!!!!! Mold on the air vents, even if you clean it it comes write back in a matter of weeks. I am getting the HELL out of here in Sept. There is a skinny weird looking white that is a peeping tom that walks around all hours of the night. The only positive thing here is some of the neighbors are great. The water bill is a crime, one month its $19 the next its $29. But again it is INFESTED with sugar ants, there all over the kitchen, bathroom and pantries. There pest control is a joke. I made the mistake of signing a 13 month lease and Im almost outta here baby! Please do not rent here!

I have been noticing sugar ants in my bathroom lately, little small ants that run around crazy

I agree with your rateing i also stay at the apartments there are alot of break ins ,but the thing is the theifs have keys to get into apartments without making it obvious that it is a break in ive had many of my neighbors tell me that their apartments been broken into without any forced entry the staff is also rude as hell and the apartments are falling apart no even worth the rediculous pricing they also have roaches so stay away i agree these apartments suck
