Central Park

 

i moved into central park in feb of 09.

the price and location are reasonable in respect to each other.
the manager has (and all staff) have always been very kind to me.

and even more she remembered my name every time i would walk into the office, which was maybe once a month! that is very impressive to me.

the only issue i really have a problem with is parking at night.

i do have to park a long way off, but i also do not arrive home from work until 3 am.

i never had an issue with anyone at any time, luckily.

bad things can happen anywhere, yet cannot be that dangerous if i have been so safe.

the management has been very kind to me in allowing payments on my pet deposit.

i ALWAYS pick up after my dog, as an owner should, but anyplace will have lazy people who try to shirk their resonponsibilities.

they did post a memo to get them to pick up by saying they would become a pet free apt complex if people neglected to pick up! understandable, yet unfair to me as a responsible pet owner.

i do not blame the management for residents not complying with rules, and SAFETY.

all in all, my experience has been good here.

i also think that it is GREAT that the management takes the initiative to respond to the comments on their ratings.

that is a proactive way to filter out the rubbish and angry people from what is honest and accurate.

i would recommend moving here to anyone wanting to live in the area.
