Century Park Apartments

These apartments suck! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   If you are looking for peace and quiet, you won't find it here! It is like a frat house environment around here and people actually walking around drinking beer! Too many party people for my taste. The office staff has a high turn over...within weeks the leasing consultant becomes asst. mgr, the asst. mgr becomes the mgr, and the mgr moves to another complex! They trick you when you sign a lease and sneak a 1 yr lease on you and the rent is due on the 1st---no exceptions or you have to pay the market rate for an apt that is not even worth it! In a one bedroom there are only two air vents in the entire apartment so it will take forever for your apt to cool or heat, therefore your electric bill is looking like woah! These apt are across the street from UTI and it seems like half of the complex is enrolled there (hence the frat house environment) and they are alway fixing or souping up their cars in the parking lot. I would not recommend these crappy apts to anyone & I can't wait until my lease is up in Dec. so I can get the hell away from these old, poorly maintained apartments...by the way good luck finding parking after 8 pm!
