| Ive lived at Champion Oaks for a little over a year, and have been pretty happy here. The managment here is very aware and conccered of the well being of the property. Its very Quiet! | ||||||||||||

| After two years of living here I have few complaints..... other than my dishwasher never being fixed, and the worst luck with neighbors....I have enjoyed my stay. Now after planning my move.....I have read the reviews on my new apartments... YIKES! | ||||||||||||

| Nice apartments but very rude,unprofessional and racist manager(-------). I will not renew my lease because of her rude behavior. When ever there is an issue she seems to fight it off instead of trying to fix the problem. | ||||||||||||

| Champion Oaks seemed to be an nice complex, but I was happy to leave after my lease was up. My neighbors were terrible, loud and rude. There would be drunk arguments from the neighbors downstairs and loud music next door. ... more | ||||||||||||
