Crappy management - unexplained charges upon leaving

I rented there, but ended up having to break my lease. I payed the fees in order to get out of my lease early and left the apartment in immaculate condition. My deposit was never refunded and they sent me a bill totaling somewhere around $350. No explanation. No breakdown. I could not get any answers from the complex, and they eventually turned it over to collections, where it remains to this day. The collections agency also can give me no reason for the amount the complex claimed I owed.

The only GOOD thing I will say about this complex is that the garden bathtub in the large one bedroom units are AWESOME and huge!. But that isn't worth the pain of living there.

The management is crappy - some of the neighbors are creepy, and they allow anyone to rent there. The walls are paper thin - you can hear EVERYTHING. Parking is a joke. Plan on a nice long stroll from your car to your apartment. If you want to live in a place without the riff-raff and where the management is honest and has their act together, then please look elsewhere!

If you lived there in 2003 -2004 why are just posting a comment in June of 2008. Managment changed in April 2007 so you're comments about managment has nothing to do with the community today.
