Management is HORRIBLE! I have to disagree with some of the other reviews. Our personal experience with this community has been ridiculous. I have lived here four years before renewing my lease for the fifth time. Before then everything was great. But after i renewed, the management staff has seemed to get worse and worse. If maintance ran the property, then i would stay here forever. The manager and assistant manager are so rude, and don't care about you as a resident at all. They are only there to get paid! I have complained, as well as other residents, about the smell of strong gas coming from the water tanks, and six months later they have yet to fix that problem. I bought a remote to get in the property late at night, but no one told me it not work for one of the gates, and now it does not work for the other. And it barely works for the other two. So now i have a remote that barely works and it useless. But because my $30 is in a "security account" they cannot give me my money back for the useless remote they sold me. And there is NEVER any hot water,so even though i'm paying for water, i have to go to my friends house 15 minutes away to take a warm shower. The grounds are buatiful, the location is very safe, and it is very quiet. But the management is not worth any of that. The price is great, but let's just say you get what you pay for...cheap living for cheap service!
