Champions Green Apartments

Nice Apartments! Poor Mgt. From: happyrenter077377 Date posted: 5/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I've been living here for 6 months and I haven't had any real problems with the apartments. The Mgt is not really reliable and there is a high turnover. The Maintenance Crew are awesome. I've never had to wait more than a day for services when needed. I read a previous rating and the shooting was mentioned. That was not some random shooting, that shooting occurred due to domestic violance. I feel extremely safe in the apartments and I am single woman and live alone. The apartments sit right in between Champions Drive and Cutten Road (large beautiful homes) The police are always riding up and down the streets due to the area and the golf course. It's one of the safest places to be. I recommend anyone who just wants a nice place to live without all the amenities to check Champions Green out. Thank you, =o)
