I moved to Champions Green and signed a year lease. I am a single woman, so I stressed the need to feel safe. At first, when I signed my lease, everything was great, office staff was very friendly and kind. Somehow, after a couple of months, around Thanksgiving things began to change. You have cats everywhere, all over the property, loose animals. Poop everywhere you step. And believe me I am an animal lover, however, when you have scratches on your car from cats climbing that is a shame. You have to search up and down for a parking space, pass the broken down cars. There are ants everywhere in my apartment, I was told by the office to go to wal-mart and get an ant trap. They never come and stray like they say they would. My floors are beginning to sink in. Management promised 3 months ago, they would fix the problem, but backed out, once the realized how much the cost would be. The office staff changes every couple of weeks, so if someone makes a promise to you, it doesn't matter because they might not be there to live up that promise. I loved this apartment when I first moved here and it's a shame what it has become. Oh, and yes, there was a shooting, reason we have no idea. But maybe because the gate is always broke. Oh, and watch out you may wake up in the morning go to your car, and see that it was hit, and there's nothing they can do about it because there is not cameras.
