Champions Green Apartments

new managment is horrible!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The complex has new management and they didn't even inform the tenants of the change. They are extremely rude. All of the appliances in the apartment are old and out of date. Maintenance is suppossed to be on call but it usually takes them 3 or 4 days to get around to your problem if they come at all. This place is going downhill quick and I can't wait to get out!!!Don't move here you will regret it!!! I also recieved the letter that the shooting was an act of domestic violence, which it probably was but if those bullets would have gone through a wall and hit a child in another apartment people would be singing a whole different tune about feeling safe. The area that surrounds this complex is great, but feel sorry for the people that have to deal with this complex being right in the middle of their nice should be quiet lives.
