Champions Green Apartments

the worst apts ever!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved in to the apts in April 2006. There have been 3 different mgt companies that have owned this property since April. Ever single mgt company has passed the buck on dealing with problem issues. It is all the fault of the previous owners. There have been 2 shootings, and 1 death on the property. Since the last week of August the water pressure became non existent, then it went to ice cold. The ice cold was of course when the temp out side was in the 30s. The mgt turns off the water with out giving a 24 hour notice, which is a violation of the contract. I could go on & on...basically...do NOT rent an apt here!!!
