started good till people started getting killed. From: Dash942523@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   ive been living here almost 9 months and thank God its almost over. Im sure there are ways out of my lease, but ill get to that later. When i moved in it was a nice place. Old sure, but small and kind of cottage like. Since then the ownership has changed several times each time getting worse till we arrive at were we are now. We dont have hot water at least once a week. this has been going on for about 6 months now. At first they would just have it off and leave a note the NEXT day saying the were sorry the pipes were messed up from the PREVIOUS management. now they leave notes the night before. I guess once is ok but about half the time it is more than 2 days a week. They will not close the apt gates although they claim to have 24 hour gated access. They have been open so far for 5 months straight. They will not come fix anything the first time, your lucky if they come the second time. We get notices on our door about people getting MURDERED here. You can look that up it is a fact. There are bugs everywere. There was a guy who lived by me who recomended his friend to live there and they said the would give him the 300 dollars for recomending someone. So when rent came due they took 300 dollars off his rent, he paid the rest and then on the 6th day of that month he got a notice he was 300 dollars short and threatened to evict him becuase he was 300 dollars short. Then, they towed his car !!! They said it was double parked over the white line !!!! But the busted truck with no tags and missing a tire sitting on a cinder block was allowed to stay ' DONT LIVE HERE g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
