I lived here in the same apartment for 10 years. When I was laid off from my job they wouldn't work with me at all. I wanted to move into a smaller apartment until I found a new job. They would not agree. I wanted to make up for late rent with future payments. They would not agree. I left phone messages with them when I ran into delays moving out. They cleaned out my apartment and threw my things in the trash. They claimed to have only received one of my messages to their service. Why would they get one and not the others'
