The complex is a small community, with about 186 units. It was built in 1983, which means it's kinda old, but it is well kept and you would never guess it's that old.
It has a nice pool, and hot tube. The pool is NOT just a SQUARE. It is very nice. There is no gym however or "work out" room. They loan out mountain bikes. I guess that replaces that.
There are two parking lots, one for residents, (access card or remote only)and the other for guests, both gated. Nice. well secured I'd say. The gates are pretty slow to open though. There are no speed bumps in the parking lot. Thats cool. Plenty of trees, and walmart and other stores are right across the street. It is in the almost perfect location.
I pay 650/ month for a 802 sq. ft. apt. The apt. has a huge balcony. I also have a fireplace. There is plenty of space inside and is quite comfortable. I think the only bad thing about this complex is the age, and the electric bill. water is 10.23 /month. Also, parking is limited in the front. You cant come home at 2am and expect to find a spot. per deposit is a whopping $300. Covered parking has a waiting list.
