Fantastic Floorplans! From: kat62 Date posted: 2/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I moved here in June of '04 and look forward to renewing my lease this summer. The apartments are currently being renovated, and the exterior is beginning to more awesome each day! The management and maintenance staff are very courteous and professional. I love my apartment, it is 1200 square feet and has a sun room! I am NOT close to anyone that works there, but I've not had any problems getting maintenance done in my apartment. I'm not OLD and I've NEVER seen the pool dirty...it's quite gorgeous, actually. Complete with a small waterfall and fountains!
