I lived at champions woods apartments for 5 1/2 months and my experience was great. My two bedroom and two bath was very spacious and I had a washer/dryer in unit. I lived on the third floor and it was quiet and private. I had two balconies, one off of the living room and one off of the master bedroom. they offered carports for a fee per month but, I declined. It was a gated community and very convenient right off of 1960 and near the willow brook mall. I really liked their garbage valet twice a week. The grounds were kept clean and landscaped.I liked that in order for someone to visit me they had to be buzzed in from me. In the time while I was there the only things that needed to be fixed were the furnace and the dishwasher. They both were fixed correctly and promptly.It really was a pleasant experience. Business was the reason that I left the texas. It was nice to finally have a positive experience in an apartment.
