Chancellor Apartments

Has gone down hill fast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1999   I lived at these apartments for many years. The management team was great. They were young and viabrant, they made it great to live there. Then MBS management took over and the bottom fell out. The Ghetto moved in and the good folks moved out. It was horrible. They ruined a perfectly good community, a place that was a real home to a lot of people. Everyone got along with their neighbors and everyone knew everyone else. Then The corporate company took over and ruined it. I would have to say stay away from any property managed by MBS. They own a boat load in the Houston area too!
