Chancellor Apartments

Hell is what it is From: SeriousGirl Date posted: 8/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 photo   We still live in these apartments, now for about 4 months! In these 4 months the AC "got Cloged" and flooded our apartment, the up stairs apartment flooded in to our apartment, the tile in the bath tub is falling out, the walls are falling apart from the flooding. The maintenance man said they dont care about the inside just the out side!!! there are crack dealers and users walking around all the time and running ftom the cops through the fince out side our apartment. Just two nights ago a lady was under our stair way smoking out of a pipe (we Assume it was crack) They even break into apartments to get high!!! I was fixing my flat tire with my 14 year old brother and a man walked up to us and asked if we wanted some crack or bars (xanex)!!! You do not want to live in these apartments and the sad thing is most people like me dont look up the apartment befor moving in!!!! PS the person who worked there I know she did and I have seen her apartment and it is unbelievable!!! Pit bull fights even go on in the day!!! This is no joke!!! the appication says Texas Apartment Association on it and they are not even with whem I called!!!
