DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Maintenance often does not ever get around to fixing your maintenance issues - I have had water pressure issues that they have promised to fix for months, they NEVER fixed the alarm that goes off by itself, etc etc.
The office is incompetent - they didn't know I had paid my pet deposit, and called me to accuse me of having an unauthorized dog.
All in all, a horrible renting experience.

You should give new management a chance to resolve your problems. They have made some wonderful changes.
