Pros:
I have to admit this place is one of the best community I have lived in Houston. Leasing office staffs are very professional and they give proper attention and friendly.
Apt location is very good for families as it is very close to a park and also near to near energy corridor or Addics park and ride.
Parking is sufficient and pool/club house are quiet clean and I didn't hear any incident so far.

Cons: not much trees in the parking lot and you can feel the heat in summer.
Entrance gate is positioned wrongly to enter and exit and every week it gets damaged and being open all day and maintainance people visit often to repaid as a regular event.(May be they make a good business of servicing the gate every week than erecting a new gate)
