Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I lived here for about a year and a half. If I had a maintenance request, I would normally have to submit it more than once to get it fixed.
The staff is OK, if you have any issue be prepared to keep reminding them.
It can be difficult to find a parking spot near your apartment after 9pm.
Overall, I like the floorplans and the neighborhood, it's nice place.
