We just moved in at the beginning of the month and so far everything has been very pleasant. Great deal for the looks of these apartments. Interior and exterior is pleasing to the eyes. Plus living on the thiird floor the fire place is a plus! Only thing I'm not pleased with is how well they painted one of our walls... It's not too bad but it could have came out better. I haven't had a chance to ask the staff for much yet so I can't comment on how well they are. The grounds are kept nice and so far all the residents have been kind. Noise is at a minimum, minus the dogs barking outside every so often. So no major complaints from me as of yet but I'll make another post if anything arise.
