This is my honest review

This place has really gone to the dumps. I cannot wait until my lease is over. I would try to break my lease NOW but I do not want to ruin my credit.

The crime rate here REALLY increased over the holidays. 2 gates were broken and wide open. Anybody off the street could have entered the complex. Because of this, apartments were been broken into, and so were numerous vehicles. Chandler Park claims to have "security" here but they really don't. If there was actually security, all of these burglaries would not have happened.

The people who work in the office are also incompetent. Tamara and Rebecca were the only decent girls working the office. The assistant manager, Jennifer, is a complete airhead. Very snotty! Their only male leasing agent, Chad, is also a moron.

I ve also been woken up in the wee hours of the morning, because of jerks blaring rap music out in the parking lot. My sleep has also been interrupted people cursing and yelling out obscenities late at night on a weekday.

Several people I know are leaving this complex once their lease is over. I've heard from several people who also feel that Chandler Park has REALLY gone down hill.

If they don't fix their gate issues, and get REAL security, I can assure you that many more people will NOT be renewing their lease. This place has gotten so GHETTO.

This place may look nice on the outside, but it really is a ---- hole! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Dear Anonymous, I am Jennifer the Assistant Manager you wrote about and would just like to respond to your comments. Firstly we do have a courtesy officer at Chandler Park they patrol nightly and live on property. Also if you called our answering service at night when these disturbances occurred the courtesy officer would have responded. The two gates that were not working were not on the same day and were up and working the next day. These gates are not "security" gates they are access gates and are not a guarantee that criminals could not find a way in. We at Chandler Park always recommended having the Intrusion Alarms, that we provide on all windows and doors, be monitored by an alarm company. Also you should always insure your belongings with a renter's insurance policy. I would be more than happy to provide you with multiple contacts to start these services for you. Also I can assure you and anyone who reads this that if Chandler Park were as bad as you say then the multiple members of the office staff would not live here. In conclusion I take offense in that this was written anonymously as to ensure these matters would remain unresolved. Since we arrived here in September of 2005, I have never seen a resident that has been unhappy be ignored. We take pride in providing the most superior customer service, but how can we do that if we are unaware of an issue. Please respond by calling the office and asking for me, so I can prove you wrong on your opinion of Chandler Park. ANONYMOUS STRIKES BACK. I am the person who wrote the previous message. The only FALSE CLAIMS being made here are by YOU. One of the gates that was broken was an exit only gate. HOWEVER, the other gate that was broken was a MAIN GATE. In fact, it was the main gate on the left side as you enter the property. It was broken for SEVERAL days. You are quite the liar! I have NEVER in my 2 1/2 years here EVER seen a courtesy officer patrol the property. I am here to spread truth about this complex. I am positive that your office staff only lives on property because they get a nice DISCOUNT on rent. I am also sure that all of you have garages. I've been waiting for a garage for MONTHS, and still have been put on the "waiting list." So help me god, if my car gets broken into AGAIN. All of the white collar middle class people are fleeing this complex, and you know it's TRUE. That's why you came here trying to save face. I'd also rather not see you for the duration of my stay here. Tamara was a far better assistant manager than you! She actually cared about the people who lived on this property.

This statement is not true. This person is a hurter and I do not know why they would say a thing like that. But one thing I do agree with is Jennifer can be a little more friendly. Chad, I do not know where is at these days, but would be happen if he did not work there anymore. MAGAN, Love her. Keep her and Margo, THE BEST.
