Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Since we moved into the apartment complex in October 2006, there have been constant issues with the water. Some of the issues are attributed to the City of Houston and others to upgrades to the exisiting water heaters in each unit. Some of the times this water shutdown is communicated with the residents, other times, it is a complete nasty surprise. If you are considering moving into this complex, be sure to INQUIRE ABOUT THE WATER SITUATION!!
