Overall, this is a good place to live for the price. I had a few requests and minor problems and management addressed it on the same day each time and with a friendly attitude. The apartment grounds are lush and beautiful! The apartments are nice and clean enough, although this complex is not brand new. Construction is sturdy. The bathtub's water pressure is low, but other taps' water pressures are normal. A few of the amenities do need improvement (ie, poolside wireless internet, car care water hose, etc) but personally, will these really affect you? I feel safe walking around here late at night and there are lots of families. The gates are always closed unlike other places which keeps their gates open during busy hours. Check with the Houston Police (http://www.houstontx.gov/police/cs/beatpages/beat_stats.ht see Police Beat 20G80)for crime statistics before you choose your complex. This is one of the safest complexes on Eldridge. Considering the rent, cleanliness, safety, friendly management and zip code, this place is a good value. If you want absolute luxury and pampering, you should be willing to pay much higher rent to live elsewhere. In summary, I enjoy living here and I recommend this place.
