Chandler Park

Chandler Park is an Excellent Apartment Complex! From: chandlerpark88 Date posted: 8/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I have been living in Chandler Park Apartments since August of 2004 and still here presently now as I speak. I have lived here at Chandler Park under the old management and now under the new management. Margo Rasch is our current property manager along with Jennifer Bindeman who is the Assistant Manager of which both ladies have excellent customer service skills. They truly do try to work for you in any possible way that they can help you with as a resident. I see some negative reviews/reports by some people, My name is Oscar R. Martinez, I'am a resident and not an employee of Chandler Park Apartments and as I stated above, I have been living here for 3 years now. Allot of people move into this great complex/community as abiding residents of policies/guidelines/deed restrictions and upon their move in, are the first ones to break those same identical rules and regulations that they agreed upon signing their lease!!!!!!!! they stick Satellites into the ground and then are upset when management asks them to please remove them or they will be removed!!!!!!!! and then they have the audacity to get mad at management because the resident is not following the deed restrictions of the complex that they agreed upon and singed when they moved into the complex in the first place. In my personal opinion, those are "Exactly" the type of residents that I, (and notice the word "I") not speaking for the management's behalf, rather my very own personal opinion, don't want moving and living here... As a resident, one must do their part to follow their lease contract that they signed when they first moved in... If everybody was to do what they wanted to do when they move in, imagine how "Horrible" this apartment complex would look!!! I strongly care for this apartment complex and as a resident, do my part to abide by all the rules, regulations, deed restrictions and policies of this community! Deed Restrictions, policies, rules and guidelines are necessary, Period... This is an "Excellent" apartment complex to live in and while it may have some minor problems, I would say that you would be hard pressed to find an apartment complex without it's share of problems... At least here at Chandler Park, for the most part, Management does react posivitely and quickly towards any repair request or towards any other types of problems/issues that a resident might encounter. In addition, the Management has a CARES team, it's a Husband and Wife team who do a phenomenal job at gethering and planning events for the community. They have a family of their own and do an excelletn job for residents of Chandler Park with families that have childern. Finally, Chandler Park is an "Excellent" complex/community where a resident would be proud to call home...
