I'am resident that has been living at Chandler Park for 3 plus years in which Margo Rasch has been the manager for about 2 1/2 of my 3 plus years as a resident here at Chandler Park. While one person/individual may have had somewhat of a negative experience with her, Let's give credit where credit is due. "One" personal experience does not define and individual. As a resident, I have had many, many dealings with Margo Rasch and I can honestly say that I have not had not one personal/severe disagreement with her as of yet!!! Even while waiting to see/speak with Margo Rasch, I have seen and heard her treat other peopele with courtesy and respect while she wasn't even aware that I was sittting outside her office waiting to speak with her. In addition, since Margo Rasch arrived at this property (Chandler Park) as the new Property Manager, she has continuously made 100 percent improvements to the apartment complex from the front office, to our work out center/gym to the apartment complex in general while there has been a minimal increase in rent prices in which the improvements far out weights the price........
And that my friends, is an apartment worth living at!!!!!!!!
