Management went downhill!!

I lived in Chandler park for 2 years and before this latest management it used to be a great place to live. After the management change here are a few things that happened: Rent went up, roaches increased, mainly due to trash issues, less maintenance (the automatic gates where down for 3 months, 3 MONTHS!!!
The leasing office staff used to be extremely kind and willing to work with you and make your renting experience a great one. Now I think the are understaffed and not trained accordingly, half of the time they don't know what they are doing.
I can't say anything bad about the maintenance staff, they just follow orders from management
Today I am writing my final check to Chandler Park, they added all kinds of lame charges to my bill, like a carpet cleaning bill (duh, don't you think the carpet will need to be replaced after 2 years?) Move out cleaning charges, etc.

Uh...I've lived in Chandler Park for the past year and a half and the automatic gates have never been down for three months in a row. Maybe three days but never three months. I think that the apartments are just fine. Sounds like you have a case of the sour grapes!

I Live in Chandler Park and I've seen the gates broken for a loooong time!

I have lived here since June 2008 and the gates have never been broken for that long. In fact some dumb *** ran into the gate two months ago and it was fixed two days later.

gates are always broken. when you report it they tell you someone is coming out today. today turns in to three months.
