I request every one who writes reviews should give honest oppinion about any apartments, because every one who are new to houston and has no friends looks for reviews first before leasing an apartment.
I recommend this apartment as it is one among the best apartments in this zip code.

yes definitely. Either a staff member or the staff has paid another company to stay on top of this and review the ratings so that they still get people sucked into this deal. Pathetic.

Sounds like the staff wrote this to me too. Just walk around the property and ask anyone (that isnt on CHandler Park payroll) they will tell you the truth
