Chartwell Court Apartments

Great management, overall very good apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   These apartments aren't in the best part of town, but I haven't known of any problems. I have been very pleased with the management. They are very responsive. Any problems have been resolved at least by the next business day. The grounds are very well kept and clean. There is plenty of parking and all apartments have attached one car garages. The apartments also have decent storage area inside. The apartments on the opposite side of Ella Blvd. are considerably quiet. You can hear faint highway noise in the background. As of right now there is a large empty plot of land on the opposite side. I rarely hear my neighbors and when I do it is just very faint. Overall, I have been very pleased.
