I have lived here in Charwell Court for about year. The complex is very clean with an outstanding office staff. However, after about a month living here I felt unsafe at times. My front door faces a brand new apartment complex and there have been several incidents of loud music, fighting, and jumping over the fence to come on Chartwell Court property. Also there was a time when some children from the other property threw hard mud at my window and actually cracked it. One night around 11 two guys jumped over the fence onto our property and were beating a possom to death. I was terribly horrified. Each time an incident occured I would let the office staff know about it. They have been trying their best by talking to the management of the other property and even hired a security guard that walks around our complex. The noise, fighting, and fence jumping has died down a bit. However, I feel that for the high price I pay to live here it is not worth it. I would maybe consider it if I wasn't near the other apartment complex, however there are two new apartments being built down the street, and I see in the near future this place going down unfortunately.
