Security Issues - Fence Jumping

The facilities and grounds are kept up. The maintenance requests I've submitted in person have all been resolved with in 24 hours. However, others have been ignored completely when the maintenance requests were left on their voice message system.
The management company has recently changed, I find them to be accomodating and polite. They've began to host resident events and that's a positive.
There are significant security issues with teenagers jumping the fence. I'm not sure if they're coming or going, but I've seen this occur 7 times in the last 4 months. As a single female, I find it disconcerting to see 4 or 5 16-18 year olds jumping the fence right outside my front door. Especially because my patio faces the same direction. In reading the previous entries, it's reassuring to know that I'm not the only one complaining. However, who's doing anything about it'
I don't believe management really understands how disturbing these occurances are. I've taken and passed my Concealed Handgun License since the first occurance. My motivation was safety.
