Chartwell Court Apartments

Nice if it was in a better area From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   I stayed here in a 2 bedroom corporate unit through OakWood; it was nice since I knew I wasn't paying the rent for one of the most expensive apartments in its area. The community is nice, but doesn't fit in well when you have lower level apartments next to this property. I guess this is why people are complaining about fence jumpers; and other issues from the apartment communities nearby. And yes, the staff was a bit strange to deal with -- but, I could always complain to OakWood. They would get things squared away.
