I lived at this complex for an unfortunate two years. Now that im ready to move on and out of this complex, the manager, ----- has become a -----! she has slapped me with all sorts of fees imaginable. I leased the apartment since 2008 and there was a verbal promise by the managment that the fence which borders Quail Chase Apartments will be replaced with a high metal fence....Still waiting. Anyway im so happy to get away from this place... Looks can really be deceiveng. Dont let them fool you. ----- is real cool though.(If you really want to rent ask for ----- ----. She is the best!!!) Your car will definitely be broken into. maintenance sucks, Pray that something doesn't break down on Friday because it will not be fixed till Tuesday and they will be pissed off when you call in a problem especially -----. my lease expires on October 31. Please give them your 60 days notice to vacate or else you will be screwed!!!

This is the truth. I lived there for two years and my apartment was broken into twice and my car several times. If you are ----- then don't even think about living here. I moved out because of the breakins and lack of security and was hit with fees and charges then hounded by collectors for a year because I refused to pay them. The management is terrible and maintenance is worse. Security is nonexistant with thugs and thieves from the area roaming the grounds day and night.
