Chasewood Apartments

Sometimes Older is Better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   After several years at the Chasewood Apts. I have come to fully appreciate the old adage "not getting older...just getting better." At first glance the newer apartments would seem to hold the prize of everything being new ...the question one has to ask is "What happens when the new is worn off'" At Chasewood, the management team continues to keep the complex spit and polished. The repair services are incredible with an immediate response to major issues and usually only one day's wait for minor things, like A/C filters, etc. The complex itself is filled with folks who seem to appreciate the quietness of the place, the wonderful trees, and the overall ambiance of a nice place to live with nice people. The other interesting thing about Chasewood is that when you rent an 1,100 sq ft apartment..you are getting 1,100 feet of living space. I found that newer complexes include the patio and storage.
