The Good:
The staff are very nice and quick to respond to complaints. The patios are huge. The environment around the pool is quiet. Had mostly the same neighbors for 2 years and felt safe.
The Bad:
I was told before move in (was in a semi-desperate situation & didn't see my unit before hand) that the unit would be updated. It was NOT. Appliances were very old/electricity guzzling/ugly beige & brown. The interior of my unit had one dull beige paint color on trim/walls/doors, with old gold hardware. Parking - not the best. Noise - could hear my neighbor howling with his dog every morning when their alarm clock went off ... pretty annoying. The worst issue ... the smoke seeping in from neighbor's unit. Wasn't bad at first but got almost unbearable in the last several months of my lease. When I went back for the final walk through (had been away from the unit for a week but had left the A/C around 76), the smoke smell was overpowering. The leasing agent said that smoke was hard to deal with. I got the impression that they couldn't/wouldn't fix the problem.
The place served it's purpose for me. I'd recommend it to someone not big on aesthetics. The rent they charged for my unit was way too high looking back on it.
