Chateaux Dijon Apartments

on a scale from 1-5' I give it a 2 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Lets see... I'll go down my list as quickly as possible. 1. A/C sounds like its a plane about to take off. Annoying loud. It will turn on and off about 50 times at night at 5 minute intervals... what gives' 2. The apartment is constantly under maintenance with workers hammering away at 8 am and the electricity off for days at a time while your food spoils in the kitchen. 3. The insects!!! 4. The piping in these apartments must be very old and rusty because if you do not turn on the water for a day, it comes out brown. 5. Trying to get and send mail is a big pain in the A## There are a few good things in all fairness as well. 1. Good location 2. Friendly neighbors for the most part 3. Good office management 4. Relatively safe for the area 5. Affordable 6. Cable television is free
