Chateaux Dijon Apartments

They really should tear these down. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2003   Although security has been a problem for many years, it has recently hit rock bottom. Last week, a resident was shot to death in an apparent robbery in the parking lot outside his apartment. About a year ago, a man was shot to death at a late-night party in an apartment. Armed robberies have become a regular occurence as have auto thefts and break-ins. Oddly, the complex still attracts middle-class, hard-working people, most of them single. It's common to have residents live there 20 years of more. I feel sorry for my longtime, older neighbors who must find it difficult to find another place to live at the same price in the the good location. Luckily, I recently moved out, with my life.
