Unfortunately, these apartments, though tempting in price, should be quickly passed over in your next hunt for a safe, quiet, clean place to live. The apartments are desperatly in need of a facelift, the neighborhood is extremely unsafe and worst of all, the management is weak.

I have lived in apartments for many years and have never been able to hear every little noise around me, not to mention the nightly "cat fights and domestic disputes." And please don't count on their crack night security to help with anything, they are usually not to be found when needed (just ask those that have been mugged, shot and vandalized). Pay a little more and feel good about opening your front door.
