I lived in Chateaux for 1 1/2 years. I moved there because it cheap and included water, cable, gas & trash. By the time I left, gas & trash were included and they were working on submetering the water. During my stay, there were 3 different occasions of my air conditioner ceasing to operate. Since these developments were always later in the day (not at night YET), no one came out to service the A/C until the next day, after I had slept in 90 degree apartment overnight. THREE TIMES! They say it's unsafe for their guys to get up on the roof after business hours. As I was cleaning my apartment to move out, I felt that I was unable to remove all of the grime and nasty stuff that covered the surfaces. The most mess I had to clean up was the rat droppings and dead roaches in my cupboards! Beware of roaches..didn't see any rats, thank GOD! Atleast every week (check the police report) there is atleast one felony reported to the police within the complex! Not to mention the population is a little left wing for me....
