It's amazing that unhappy residents can make defamatory and libelous accusations freely, but apartment managers have to pay (this website) to repond to these accusations. Where is the fairness in this. Obviously these unhappy residents do not read the "writing guidelines" for this website which warns them of legal action for defamatory comments. These unhappy residents should transpose themselves to the "Salem Witch Trials" to find a great place to live. It's sad that they've lost faith in life, I haven't.
