Chateaux Dijon Apartments

So Nice I Came Back Twice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I first lived in the CD apartments back in the mid 90s. Great neighbors and plenty of parking. I then moved back to the property a few years later. Gloria has been the manager there for decades----this shows her dedication to the property. I've always encountered her staff to be friendly and helpful. As for crime, I never had an issues. Yes, there were some car break ins and some robberies...but to my knowledge, these were primarily in the apts called the castle----far away from the main flow of traffic. The murder that some comment on was based on a jealous boyfriend's sick revenge, so it sadly could have happened anywhere. THe floorplans are huge and really are diverse. I would suggest living on the side of the mgmt office...just always felt safer to me. Great maintainence response time. Management is also very responsive to noisey neighbor complaints. I know this b/c some of my friends (noisy friends) were given 2 warnings...1 more and they would've been evicted. I applaud this warning and follow through system. You can't beat the location with its easy access to Westpark, 610, and 59.
