Substanderd living conditions From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The neighborhood is below substandard. Should be condemed. Management, they cant even spell management. My 8 year old son can a better job than the manager their. Theft is required neigborhood welcome there. Vandalizm is also a must to your property. Before moving in insure that you own a hoopty that way you have a good chance of no one stealing or vandilizing it. If you are illegal immigrant, sell drugs, or in the chop shop this is a place for you. Sincerly a concerned US citizen.
