I made a comment back in Oct. I have since changed my mind. Cherry Creek really f**king sucks. My apartment got broken into three days before i was supposed to move out during the day. I called the answering service so they could come fix my window and the man that always answers the phon was soooooo rude he made it seem like i broke my own window he said call back when the police leave and i have to stay there if i want my window fixed HELLO my apt just got broken into im nt staying there by myself to wait on them to come fix it. To mke matter worse they broke into the main. mans apt. the very next night. There was no ntes sent out about it of nothing. Then they started this whole reserved parking thing $15 extra a month the only thing is not that many people are paying for so there are alot of reserved spots that are just there and if you know nobodies paying for and park there anyway they will tow your car. I HATE CHERRY CREEK

This review has to be one of the funniest I have ever read.
Let me just see if I understand you correctly. There are numerous car robberies, officers on site who don't do anything, an exterminator came unannounced and stole expensive items from your apartment.....And yet you still recommend this place to other people? I am very confused, usually when someone uses the headline "not as bad as they make it", they won't list off a number of really negative things that have happened to them. Also you do realize that your overall rating of the place is 2 out of 5. Thats typically not a score that garners a recommendation.
The problems you just listed off seem very serious to me. One resident complained of a broken pipe that flooded the apartment. Many have complained of roaches and rude office staff. However these complaints pale in comparison to having items stolen from your apartment and car. I guess I don't know your past living conditions but they must have been pretty bad if you feel that this place is acceptable.
I am not sure if this was a prank review or not but I am going to flag it for being hilarious.
