 INSIDE TEMP IS 85 DEGREES ! RUDE OWNER AND MANAGER. DON'T RECOMMEND. MAINTENANCE IS NON-EXISTENT. HIRE MEN WHO COME AND GO.PARKING IS ALSO A BIG PROBLEM.VERY LIMITED.

 LIVING IN CHERRY GARDEN WAS THE WORST THING EVER TO BEGIN WITH THE A.C NEVER WORKS THE MANAGER THINKS SHE OWENS THE PROPERTY AND ALWAYS CHARGES YOU FOR EVERYTHING. YOUR RENT GOES UP EVERY MONTH LIKE IF THE MORE THEY CHARGE ... more
