Chesapeake Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   The management staff is very rude. Mantience doesn't come to fix things in a timely manner. For instance, I was cooking dinner when my stove decided it was not going to work anymore. I called for the oncall matience on a Saturday, he told me there was nothing he could do til Monday. My stove was fixed on Wednesday. The same thing happen when my refrigerator went out on a Sunday. They came to fix it on Tuesday. Employees in the office doesn't have a clue when it comes to providing quality customer service. They make it a point that you are wrong. They are always trying to add addition charges on your account so you have to be careful. They are very unorganize.
