They are now conducting monthly inspections of apartments. I didn't mind the "annual" inspections. (Even though it's the first time they ever did it) Now I apparently have to go through another inspection because they want to show their lenders' That's just ignorant. To have another inspection a month after your annual inspection.

Some poor guy even though they hired security got mugged at 10pm one night. How are you going to have security guards and some guy gets mugged' Obviously the security guards aren't doing their job.

Lastly some ------- neighbor keeps making false claims on us, because I won't let them use my WiFi internet. So once every month I get a note on my door saying I am in lease violation etc etc. For Loud Music, Excessive noise, parties. Look I maybe 23, but I have a kid. I don't throw parties. I go to the office to find out what I need to do to make these notes stop, I am told, " We just write up these notes when we receive any complaint." I ask them, "Do you look into the complaints before issuing these letters of lease violation'" Their response, "No."

So lets recap. Monthly Inspections. Security Guards that let you get mugged. Lastly you can report anyone in the complex you want and they get notices of lease violation regardless if they are actually doing anything wrong at all.

Stay the hell away from these places. The only reason I would stay is I would hate to find a worse place to live.

Oh and a note to the guy who signed the one year lease. They do that to EVERYONE. They also NEVER show you the apartment that you are going to receive because they usually do a HORRIBLE job in preparing it for the next person to move in.

This resident is absolutely right I am a resident also and the monthly inspections are a nuisance and I think they should hang a NO SOLICITATION FLYER visible somewhere on the property because you come home with junk mail on your door and being a single female sometimes I travel for days a t a time and it it so annoying to see all this clutter in my door that's a sure indication to a burglars that no one is home. wouldn't recommend either.

I am currently living at the same apartments, however they are now called "Village of Copperfield". Lets just say this - I was there less than 2 weeks & was car jacked at gunpoint, at the kids bus stop. The apartments didn't assist with anything, they didn't even make people aware that it happened. I have been there less than 6 months & they have changed managers 4 times and Assistant managers twice. I would have thought that safety of not only the residence at the complex but the children would be everyone's number one concern. I have asked for things to be fixed & nothing has been done. The one time that the maintance man was in my home changing the air filter, he wrote on my wall **to see if the pen worked** he did this in two places on the hall wall. It is not an apartment that I would recommend for anyone.
