Chestnut Hill Apartments

Don't Even Think About It From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   This complex oughtta be called Chestnut HELL!!! It is a haven drug dealers, alcoholics, theives, etc. etc. (This place would appeal to you though if you were dealing drugs) But to those who are looking for a descent place to live, you're looking at the wrong place, honey. I've lived here for 2 yrs and within that time frame, I've noticed that there have been constant activity here. Drugs or violence. You can spot police cars every month, you'll see people fighting out in the parking lot. It terrified me the first time I saw a man bleeding on the ground of the parking lot as we were trying to drive by to get home. Eventually, it became a quite entertaining seeing girls getting violent outside (kicking, hair pulling, punching etc.)Fights like these always broke out (men or women). Several cars have been broken into. The management only lets those who have been victimized move. If you are just scared of what might happen to you, like if you were the next door neighbor, THey WON'T ALLOW YOU TO MOVE AT ALL. ( Basically they're saying, "Wait til you're robbed or killed, then we'll let you move (Smile!).
