Chestnut Hill Apartments

DO NOT live in this complex. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   If you like to live in danger then this is the place for you. I was robbed at gun point at 4:30 in the afternoon. The apartment did not notify any of the other residents (which is required by law). They could have cared less, even though they claim to have a gate agent (not always there and when they are there they never checks any cars), the side gate lock has been taken off for several months allowing anybody to come into the complex. You can also hear gun shots at night. When I turned in my 30 day notice the people at the office had the nerve to ask me why I was moving... HELLO!!! I WAS ROBBED!!!!! I also has a water link in my apartment due to a crack in the tub, they came and fixed the wall but never painted it and then never came back to fix the tub. They claimed to have remolded but all they did was paint the outside of the complex a very tacky yellow. The parking lot has many holes they keep on refilling and the street and parking lot floods every time it rains. This place SUCKS!!!!! It is not even worth you looking at.
