Chestnut Hill Apartments

Ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   In the 13 months I lived here I was attacked by a stranger, my car was stolen, my truck was broken into twice, and numerous maintenance problems with the unit I lived in. The staff are rude,lazy, and very unhelpful. The accountanct is the worst of them all. They boast about security gates, but that doesn't matter when most of the people committing the crimes live inside of the gate. Lots of drug activity and prostituition. There is alot of noise. The staff will not do anything about people who listen to loud music. They will tell you that they can't do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend Chestnut Hill for single women or families because this area is unsafe.
